Title: Packaging Technician
Location: St Louis, MO
Shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm (Day Shift)
Duration: 5+ months

Job Purpose
Work as a High-Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Client policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role
• Comply with and support the client Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines. Perform specific task assigned by Packaging Leadership or designee.
• Participate in RCA for deviations.
• Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
• Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
• Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.
• Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college
