Job Description

Title: Sales Operations Analyst II
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid

Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst II will support the Sales Strategy team by managing vendor relationships, reviewing contracts, maintaining processes, and supporting project operations. The role focuses on operational rigor, financial tracking, and end-to-end process management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication across teams and business units.

  • Maintain storage & retrieval of project communication data and business metrics.

  • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.

  • Set up project and work breakdown structures.

  • Establish and document business processes.

  • Track project budgets, expenditures, and monitor cost controls.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Knowledge of business/management principles (strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods).

  • Ability to apply accounting & mathematical principles as needed.

  • Ability to analyze trends and forecast revenues/expenses.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.

Education & Experience

  • 2–4 years sales strategy experience, including end-to-end process management and contract review.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
