What You’ll Do
Frontend Development
- Build responsive web pages and digital content across Peter Millar and G/FORE
- Execute clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (with or without frameworks)
- Use pattern libraries, design systems, and brand documentation to ensure consistency
- Write optimized, accessible (WCAG 2.1) code that performs across devices and browsers
- Translate creative concepts into functional web experiences
- Contribute to the UX design process (wireframes, sketches, user flows, prototypes)
- Review designs for feasibility, offering solutions that balance user needs and brand integrity
- Analyze competitive site features to identify usability and conversion opportunities
- Launch content updates supporting marketing, campaigns, and site merchandising
- Ensure flawless on-time delivery across monthly, seasonal, and real-time brand activations
- Communicate clearly with QA through detailed bug reporting
- Maintain accuracy, brand standards, and workflow efficiency
- Work closely with E-commerce, Merchandising, Creative, and Media teams
- Manage priorities, surface roadblocks early, and drive successful launches
- Support ongoing process improvements and best practices across the dev/design workflow
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong front-end development foundation (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience building or supporting digital content for ecommerce or marketing teams
- Sharp eye for design and high attention to detail; strong at translating mocks to code
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and iteration skills
- A team-oriented personality — low ego, creative, solutions-driven
- Ability to work independently while contributing to shared team goals
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, HCI, Interactive Media, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in front-end development, UX/UI, or ecommerce environments
- Familiarity with frameworks/tools such as Svelte, Sass, Vite, Node.js
- Experience using Figma for design collaboration
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (preferred but not required)
- Background in luxury, retail, fashion, or DTC ecommerce is a plus
Interview Process
- Initial Teams interview with the Hiring Manager
- Practical skills test (approx. 3 hours total, 3–4 days to complete)
- Final on-site interview with the team
