Title: Bilingual Scorecard Investigator
Contract duration: 1 year (Possibility of extension/Possibility of conversion to FTE)
Working hours: 9am-5pm EST
Office location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid work requirements: 3 days/week in office)
 
Role Mandate:
This role will manage investigations of performance management scorecards for branch employees and financial planners. These scorecards measure all activity, transactions, and customer interactions; the role will involve resolving investigations from this data.
 
Team Structure:
While the work is mostly independent (each contractor works on their own tickets) there is a collaborative component as team members will frequently share knowledge with each other and leverage each other’s expertise to resolve investigations. This is a smaller team of 4 people.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Completing assigned investigations with a daily target.
• Reviewing/analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Closing investigations in a timely manner and within SLA.
• Identifying/referring cases to the developers/team lead with supporting details for further review when required.
• Sharing knowledge among team members.
• Applying concepts from resources (policy/guide/FAQ).
• QA scorecards (Financial Planning, Branch, Cash Conversion Cycle) during the weekends (once every 4 to 5 weeks depending on how many investigators are in the rotation).

Must Have Skills:

• Bilingual French/English
• MS SQL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Professionalism
• Taking initiative, especially in reaching out when help is needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Financial industry background
• Relevant post-graduate degree
• Experience working in an office/corporate setting
• Analysis/problem-solving experience
