The role of the Interaction Designer is to create the best possible user experience for the consumers. The Interaction Designer works closely with the product development department and acts as an advocate for all users of the business’s product. For the purpose of this advocacy, the Interaction Designer must be able to visually and verbally present product solutions necessary for the enhancement of users’ experience.
