Title: Field Service Technician I 
Location: Roanoke, VA , 24029
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Shift Hrs:  M-F 8-5, occasional overtime • Will there be OC (on call)? Yes, every other week 24/7 on-call 

Key Responsibilities:

• Is this position remote or in person? In person, Field Work 
• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Daily travel to customer sites to repair printers (primarily Fujifilm and Lexmark), replace workstations, troubleshoot networks, work on POS equipment.
• Must have access to a reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver's license.

• Will there be shift differentials? No
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2+ years is preferred but not required

Job Description:

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
