We’re seeking a Power Product Design Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead the design and development of advanced power adapters and custom components. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class power solutions that meet client’s high standards for performance, quality, and design.

We’re seeking a Power Product Design Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead the design and development of advanced power adapters and custom components. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class power solutions that meet client’s high standards for performance, quality, and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams—including mechanical, system, tooling, and validation engineers—to drive program execution from concept to mass production.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring strong communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Plan and manage prototype builds, DOE/trials, and factory operations.
- Identify technical challenges and drive resolution through collaboration and clear decision-making.
- Define program risks and develop mitigation strategies across technology teams.
- Communicate key milestones, risks, and program updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Manage development budgets, purchase orders, and change requests.
- Oversee design reviews and validation schedules for custom components.
- Coordinate system integration to ensure seamless compatibility and performance.
- Support regulatory and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regional standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics.
- 3+ years of project management experience driving complex hardware development programs.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid development cycles.
- Highly curious, proactive, and adaptable approach to problem solving.
- Direct experience working with vendors and contract manufacturing partners to plan and execute engineering builds.
- Proven success managing diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Experience managing both strategic initiatives and ambiguous, open-ended technical challenges.
