Role Overview
The Risk Assessment professional will independently execute comprehensive risk assessments across multiple domains, primarily supporting FinTech Compliance Legal Team. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment Execution

Perform end-to-end risk assessments, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation recommendations with a focus on fintech.

Apply risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency and completeness.

Conduct assessments across multiple risk domains:

Financial Risk

Operational Risk
-
Compliance Risk
-
Strategic Risk
-
Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to align risk assessments with strategic objectives.

Operate independently by proactively identifying tasks, planning projects, and following up on open items.
Risk Reporting & Documentation

Develop qualitative/quantitative risk weighting methodologies.

Prepare and present risk reports, charts, data visualizations, and slide decks.

Maintain KRI/KPI tracking, action plans, mitigation evidence, and internal reporting logs.

Create and update risk assessment documentation, procedures, and training materials.
Training & Support

Deliver training sessions for stakeholders on risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
Deliverables

Completed risk assessments with documented risks, action plans, and mitigation recommendations.

Risk Assessment reports with data analysis, charts, graphics, and presentations.

Internal tracking and time-management reporting tied to risk assessment execution.

Updated risk assessment procedures, documentation, and training materials.
Must-Have Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in fintech or technology industry risk management.

Experience collaborating with product teams and understanding product development lifecycles, especially for payments.
