Description
- We are seeking a Music Content Operations Analyst to support global operations functions for music labels. Candidates will be data driven and flexible to frequent changes. They are expected to think creatively about ambiguous issues and are passionate about problem-solving. They will also be able to work successfully across teams and regions.
- Background in the music or media industry—such as experience with record labels, digital service providers, or user-generated content platforms—is advantageous.
- Knowledge of music copyright, licensing, or digital rights management products is considered a plus.
- Music Operations
- Music Content Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, and cross-functional communication, skilled in data validation, issue resolution, and proficient in Excel.
Compliance Requirements
- This role requires adherence to Client’s data protection, privacy, and confidentiality policies. No additional industry-specific certifications or compliance requirements are necessary for this position.
- Experience in the music or media industry, such as working with record labels, digital service providers, or user-generated content platforms, is helpful. Familiarity with music copyright, licensing, and/or digital rights management products is also a plus.
Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations with Client’s North American music label partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely issue resolution.
- Assist in developing scalable solutions for identifying and resolving operational challenges related to music content and label support.
- Communicate regularly with partners regarding data delivery, validation, and general documentation needs.
- Develop an understanding on Client's music rights management products and how they are being used across constituent groups.
