Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Trading & Financial Systems

Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support cross-functional initiatives across Front Office, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance, and Settlements.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery — from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and testing — within a trading technology environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Develop, execute, and validate test cases ensuring quality delivery.
• Perform data analysis and validation using Oracle databases and related tools.
• Track project progress and tasks using JIRA or similar tools.
• Communicate status updates and key metrics to management and project stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of business goals with technical deliverables across Front to Back Office operations.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with full project delivery ownership.
• Prior experience in trading technology or financial systems projects is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases, including SQL querying for data validation and analysis.
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol and XML formats.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes (Front Office → Back Office).
• Knowledge of financial products, especially Fixed Income instruments.
• Exposure to Bloomberg TOMS is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated accountability and responsibility for managing complex initiatives.

 
Preferred Background

• Experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services environments.
• Ability to bridge gaps between business users and technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
