Job Description
Position Title: Reporting Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Tempe, AZ or Chicago, IL– onsite 3 days per week
Day to Day
Team is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst with over 5 years of expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint. This role involves collaborating directly with the heads of Enterprise Critical Vendor Management to handle all reporting and analytics for First Line of Defense (FLoD), Second Line of Defense (SLoD), and various business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Must Have
- 5+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar role within the finance industry specifically
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and building complex reports.
- Experience with Power Apps for creating user-friendly applications and workflows.
- Strong SharePoint skills for managing sites, lists, and document libraries.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within risk and compliance reporting specifically
- Certifications in Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform.
