Job Description

Job Title: Knowledge Operations Specialist (Operations Analyst III)
Duration: 4 months (December 2025 - March 2026)
Start Date: Late November - Early December 2025 (to allow for transition planning)
Reporting: Reports to Sr. Director, Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge and Enablement Management
Work Model: Indy, Hybrid - 2-3 days in office (aligned with team structure)
 
Position Overview
The Knowledge Operations Specialist will provide critical support to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge and Enablement Management (KEM) team during a four-month contract period. This role will focus on enterprise policy updates, knowledge article publishing, and operational support to ensure seamless continuation of knowledge operations workflows.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Article Management
  • Support knowledge updates and publishing across Confluence and multiple client orgs (Org62, Legal Ops, Peopleforce, Supportforce)
  • Assist with knowledge content governance and quality assurance processes
  • Support CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiatives
  • Help maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structures
 
Policy & Documentation Support
  • Assist with enterprise policy management, updates and publication in Confluence
  • Assist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reviews and updates
 
Administrative & Project Support
  • Help manage the queue of knowledge requests with the team and assist with matters ticketing and workflow improvements
  • Support management of legal knowledge subscriptions and Do Not Call list management and updates
  • Submit regular status reports on progress
 
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
  • 3-5 years experience in knowledge management/operations, legal operations, or similar field
  • Strong project coordination and administrative skills
  • Experience with content management systems and documentation workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 
Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms and knowledge base management
  • Familiarity with legal or compliance documentation
  • Background in policy management
  • Knowledge of AI/agent content preparation
 
Success Metrics
  • Successful maintenance of knowledge article publishing schedules
  • Timely completion of policy updates and compliance training support
  • Timely queue and case/matter management
  • Effective handoff documentation for permanent team member return
