Job Title: Recruiter IV
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Remote (EST or PST)
Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, interviewing, and screening candidates to fill current and future job openings while promoting career opportunities within the organization. This role plays a key part in sourcing and attracting top talent to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- 	
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand ongoing and future hiring requirements.
 - 	
Communicate information about the organization’s facilities, operations, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
 - 	
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies, best practices, and hiring procedures.
 - 	
Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring personnel and provide informed hiring recommendations.
 
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 - 	
Leadership and mentoring skills to provide guidance and constructive feedback.
 - 	
Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
 - 	
Understanding of principles and best practices in recruitment, selection, and training.
 - 	
Familiarity with strategic business and management principles.
 - 	
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
 
Education & Experience:
- 	
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent relevant training and experience.
