Job Description
Position Title: Field Support Specialist
Work Location: Naperville, IL
Assignment Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in office (M, T, W ideally)
Position Summary: Provide support for Field Services team in N.America
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project: Provide support for Field Services team in N.America
- Interaction level with Management/Team Members: Highly interactive with peers and supervisors as well as phone contact with field
- Qualifications/years of experience: 4+ years of field support to technical sales support experience
- Technology Requirements: Technology savvy, Microsoft Office suite, familiarity/experience with SAP and/or CRM systems
- Self-starter with solid interpersonal skills
- Communication skills (written, verbal over phone, email, in-person)
- Analytical, detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills / customer service oriented
- Fast learner
- Team player
- Research capability / problem-solver
- Computer skills
- Focus on accuracy
- High-School/GED and 4+ years of field support to technical sales support experience OR fresh grads with a Bachelors degree
- Education Preferred: Bachelors Degree or Associates
- Interaction level with Mgmt/Team members: High level of interaction with Field Support Team, Field Technicians, Service Managers, Ops Managers
- Required Certifications:
- Technology Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and SAP preferred
