Software  Software Engineer II
Location: Deerfield, IL 60073 – Onsite role
Duration: 06 Months
 

• Work on assignments that are simple or moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. Apply basic techniques and procedures to assigned projects
• The candidate responsibilities include performing manual and ad-hoc testing based on functional specifications to ensure the device software functions as expected. Make detailed observations, analyze data and interpret results. May write experimental reports, summaries and protocols. Maintain record keeping for experiment/testing performed. The candidate may perform other duties assigned. Individual usually is assigned software testing portions of projects (e.g. Product performance and software script testing).

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills such as word processing, data entry and e-mail
• Basic science and/or math skills
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practices
• Team orientated with collaborative focus
• High School diploma or equivalent, AA Degree is preferred
