Position Title: Patient Services Case Administrator
Work Location: 10210 Genetic Center Drive, San Diego, CA, 92121, USA
Assignment Duration: 5 months
Work Schedule: Start time between 6 AM – 8 AM; 8-hour shift with 30-minute lunch
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary:

Update Sales Force cases with patient information

Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and mail preparation for mailing

Verify insurance information with insurance providers

Review documentation for accuracy and consistency

Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations
Background & Context:

Computer-based administrative work

Must have experience in insurance billing or verification

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain patient records in Salesforce

Prepare and process mail merges for outgoing correspondence

Verify and confirm insurance details with providers

Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency

Manage financial data entry and perform calculations
Qualification & Experience:

Prior experience in insurance billing or verification preferred

Exposure to medical records and HIPAA compliance

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce
