Job Description
Job Title: IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire)
8:00-5:00PM EST (1 hr lunch)
Educations/Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in a business or related discipline (e.g., Business Management) and a minimum of four years of experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
-In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships may be accepted.
Skills:
• Skills in Excel Intermediate level (familiar with formulas and VLOOKUP)
• Understands Contractual Language
• Excellent Reading Comprehension
• Understands Legal Commercial Language
• Excellent Negotiating Skills
• Organizational Skills and ability to work on multiple projects
• Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams
• Experience with COUPA (In lieu of experience with Coupa, familiarity with other source to pay tools (i.e. SAP Ariba, etc). Experience with contract review and redlining
Job Responsibilities:
• The contractor will be working with appropriate stakeholders to assist with HR Transformation vendor integrations that require contracts and statements of work.
• The contractor will work with negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks, as well as their own deals (they'll be shown what to do)
• The contractor will be leveraging Excel to conduct pricing analysis, net present value of deals and other financial measures
• Contractor will need to perform contract submission, routing, approval, and purchase order execution in COUPA (source-to-pay tool).
