Job title: Business Resiliency Program Manager
Location: Hybrid | New York, NY 10010, Onsite Preferred (Tues–Thurs)
Duration: (5–6 months) Contract
 
Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, self-directed Contract Program Manager to join our Corporate Resiliency team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Head of Corporate Resiliency to drive critical initiatives that strengthen the organization’s operational resilience. You’ll oversee the execution and coordination of Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), Business Process Risk Ratings, and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning efforts across business and technology teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned program manager with a strong background in business continuity, risk management, or resiliency programs who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track daily program activities, deliverables, and milestones
• Lead scheduling, data collection, documentation, and reporting for BIAs
• Support the development and maintenance of process risk ratings
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to plan, test, and monitor DR activities
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, updates, and reports
• Manage stakeholder communications, meeting schedules, and follow-ups

Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in program/project management, business continuity, or operational risk
• Proven experience in resiliency or risk management programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with strategic goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CBCP, or equivalent professional certifications
• Experience designing or implementing business continuity or disaster recovery programs

Deal Breakers

• No demonstrated experience in resiliency or risk management
