Job Description

Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: IL-Lake County (AP32, 1 N Waukegan Road)
Duration: 1 year assignment (Possible Extension)
The must haves –
  • Universal EPA licenses
  • Drivers license
  • Commercial Refrigeration but send me residential if they have everything else.
  • The manager is also open to candidates that have a minimum of three years of experience.  
 
Job description:
Top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:
1. Universal EPA Licenses
2. Drivers Licenses ( Will be going from site to site using service Vehicles)
3. Hours: 6AM-2:30PM Mon-Friday
4. Commercial Refrigeration exp ( If only residential exp. candidate wont be prioritized)
5. Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense, local is a preference

Description:
Maintains facilities, facilities Refrigeration systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities focus on operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
Experience Level = 5-7 Years Commercial Refrigeration ( Any industry)
Education: Associate in HVAC preferred or High School with 6 yrs exp.
