Job Title: Risk Analyst III
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview
The Risk Analyst III will support enterprise-level risk management, compliance, and reporting initiatives. This position plays a key role in maintaining risk frameworks, managing third-party risk processes, and executing internal audit and regulatory compliance activities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in risk management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within large, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Risk Reporting & Compliance Initiatives

Develop and deliver ad hoc reports for Risk Working Group (Risk WG) and EROC, tracking KPIs and KRIs.

Execute audit and regulatory compliance responses.

Create, review, and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Manage the complete TPRM lifecycle including onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, and offboarding.

Oversee issue management inventory and ensure timely remediation and closure.

Conduct onsite assessments and develop third-party risk mitigation reports.
3. Product & Model Risk Management

Analyze product risk assessments and facilitate business workshops.

Develop detailed risk assessment reports and monitor issue remediation.

Conduct control analysis and documentation within Model Risk Management processes.
4. Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA)

Oversee the Enterprise Risk Assessment program, managing business submissions and challenge sessions.

Develop and review risk models and implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) processes.

Identify and escalate control deficiencies and operational risks.
5. Systems & Tools Implementation

Serve on the ServiceNow Advisory Council, contributing to strategic system decisions.

Execute functionality testing, data migration reconciliation, and documentation for ServiceNow implementation.

Support end-of-life transitions for Resolver and provide consultative services to Regology as needed.
Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets

Strong Risk Management background (Enterprise, Operational, or Compliance)
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in Financial Technology or financial services

Exposure to GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Resolver, or IRM tools
Experience & Education

5–7 years of relevant experience in risk management or compliance

Bachelor’s degree required
