Role: Sr. Program Manager

Location: Resource can sit remote – Hiring Manager is in Denver. No restriction on candidate location. 

Job Summary/Description

• The team needs a resource that can develop roadmaps, lead strategy discussions, and influence leadership.
• This person will be responsible for running project workstreams to support product launches along with developing strategic roadmaps and execute on those roadmaps to meet key deliverables related to the retail client experience.

Must have skillset:

• Ability to synthesize data, identify opportunities, make recommendations, and create plans to deliver experiences
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, including the ability to make significant progress with minimal direction and adjust priorities
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with little supervision
• Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tracks of work that vary in scope and complexity simultaneously

Nice to have skillset:

• Mastery in creating and communicating executive-level PowerPoint materials to tell a compelling story and drive leadership decisions
• A curious mind with a can-do attitude and think critically to solve problems, understand complex regulatory issues and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
