Position Title: Machine Operator I
Work Location: 4 Navigator Road, Londonderry, NH, USA, 03053
Assignment Duration: Initially three months, with the potential for converting to an FTE based on business need, budget approval and performance.
Work Schedule: 1st shift, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite only
Position Summary:

The role is entry-level, involving tasks like filling hoppers with empty vials, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness. Basic computer skills are required for training purposes.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: In-person onsite interview
Key Responsibilities:
-
Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks
-
Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required
-
Support material handling as necessary
-
Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers
-
Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition
-
Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safety rules
-
Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above

Accept full accountability for product quality

Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday

Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories and relative documentation

Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions.

An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.

He and or she must also exhibit the ability to follow instructions of supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during and after production.
Qualification & Experience:
-
At least 1 year manufacturing experience MANDATORY

High school diploma or GED is required.

Candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees are often overqualified and tend not to stay long-term.

Prefers candidates with manufacturing experience but is open to hiring recent high school graduates.

Avoids candidates with a history of frequent job changes (job hoppers).
-
Experience in similar bottling operations (e.g., Coca-Cola, Pepsi) is beneficial.
-
The position is temp-to-hire, with a 90-day contract before potential full-time employment.

Candidates should present themselves well and show genuine interest in the job.

Prefers in-person interviews to provide a facility tour and a better understanding of the job.
-
No need for candidates to have steel-toe safety shoes for the interview, but they will need them for the job.

Difficulty with candidates who do not speak English, as communication is crucial.
-
The need for candidates to fit well within a small team and have a good personality.
-
Emphasizes the importance of good attendance and the ability to get along with others.
-
Training will be conducted on the second shift and typically lasts a week
-
Looking for candidates with longevity -candidates bounce a lot,; previous candidates had no longevity on their resumes

Prep candidates accordingly -Have had people come in smelling like alcohol for interviews or late

Looking for people who are excited and eager and have the ambition to be there
