Job Description
Position: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Bellevue WA, Nashville TN
Duration: 6 months
Process and upload detailed procurement requirements into purchasing systems to generate and manage purchase order requisitions
Monitor and resolve customer tickets through established queue system while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
Create, update and maintain comprehensive training documentation and standard operating procedures
Provide virtual customer support and communicate effectively with stakeholders via email, video conferencing and other mechanisms
Analyze data and prepare regular reports on procurement metrics and operational performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and workflows
Maintain accurate records and documentation in multiple database systems
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiency
Thrives both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating exceptional ability to navigate ambiguous environments while consistently maintaining high performance standards and delivering results
Basic Qualifications:
1-2 years work experience in Corporate, fast paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Supply Chain/Operations discipline
Strong mathematical aptitude and demonstrated logical problem-solving abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience creating complex models, pivot tables, and data analysis
Previous analyst experience or relevant focus in higher education
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Amazon-specific procurement systems (e.g., Coupa) or similar enterprise-level procurement platforms
Experience with data visualization tools Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures
Experience with SQL or other database query languages
Demonstrated project management experience
Proficiency in automation tools or macros for improving data entry efficiency
Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
Track record of process improvement initiatives
