 Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Arlington, VA
Duration: 05 Months
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
 
  • The Executive Sponsorships Program at  is seeking a detail-oriented project management contractor for a five-month engagement from November 1, 2025, through April 1, 2026. Reporting to the ESP Senior Program Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving our program's success through data-driven insights and effective stakeholder management.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in managing critical day-to-day operations of our sponsorship program, including facilitating sponsor matches and re-matches, crafting and delivering stakeholder communications, and overseeing our annual survey process from distribution to analysis. You'll also be responsible for tracking program metrics and creating reports that demonstrate program impact and opportunities.
 
  • We're looking for someone with strong project management experience and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Qualtrics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and, ideally, experience working with senior leadership. Background in internal communications or sponsorship/mentorship programs is a plus.
