Paid sick leave and unpaid leave are provided as required by law.Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate junior to mid-level Application Developer to create and document applications within a cloud-based manufacturing execution system (Tulip). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. You will participate in an Agile team, translating paper-based manufacturing and quality processes into electronic solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Specify, plan, design, develop, test, and support assigned software components independently.- Contribute to project scheduling, including defining scope, task duration, and execution order.- Monitor and report work progress, proactively communicating risks to schedule milestones.- Propose solutions to maintain schedules, prioritize efforts, and monitor scope changes.- Collaborate with teams to establish requirements specifications and test plans.- Translate requirements into well-structured, documented software components.- Implement new software designs or enhancements; participate in complex subsystem implementations.- Troubleshoot/debug issues in existing automation systems and implement modifications.- Participate in technical design reviews and code inspections.- Ensure adherence to development policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including 21 CFR part 11 and BD quality standards).Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or related Engineering discipline.- Minimum 3 years of relevant software development experience.- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.- Experience in process-oriented/regulated environments and quality management systems.- Agile software development experience.- Knowledge of automation/process control.Desirable Skills:- Application development experience using Tulip.- Experience in MES development.- Experience in FDA/ISO-regulated environments.- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.- Experience with Power BI.- UX-focused software development.- IT infrastructure/hardware knowledge.Work Authorization: Open to all candidates (please specify if sponsorship is required).Equal Opportunity Employer:Spectraforce is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any protected category.
