Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Duration: 1+ Months
Location:  US FL Kissimmee Location - R21
Shift Schedulelexible to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Sunday from 8:00am to 08:00pm as per eastern zone (5 days and 40 hours per week)
 
Purpose

• The Brand Advocate’s goal is to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
• Provide consumers with an unforgettable and educational experience that engages them and leaves a lasting impression.
• Act as the Face of the Brand, representing it with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Participate in events with enthusiasm, excitement, and professionalism.
• Interact with consumers and customers in a fluent and professional manner.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and extended or unusual hours.
• Arrive on-site at events on time and remain from start to finish.
• Assist the on-site manager with all event-related tasks.
• Complete and submit event reports after each activation, as required.

 
Experience and Skills Required

• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record or reliable transportation to/from events.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (drug-free workplace).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing event materials, company assets, and reports.
• Outgoing, responsible, enthusiastic, and reliable personality.
• Expert knowledge of the product and brand.
• Strong team player with a presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Skilled in problem-solving, project management, and time management.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ months of related work experience preferred.
