Title: Financial Analyst III

Overview:
A Finance Operations professional is sought to join the Global Revenue Operations team. This role is key in delivering day-to-day collections support for the Reality Labs Revenue Operations team, focusing on dispute claims processing, deduction management, and credit and collections activities.

Years of Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Operations (accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, claims processing/deduction).

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting and operational processes; process-minded individual.
• Ability to take ownership of customer collections, claims processing/deduction, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external clients.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with a multi-national retail and/or hardware company.
• Experience in driving innovative changes/efficiencies in operational processes.
• Experience working with a continuously evolving system/platform environment.
• Experience with data analysis.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end AR/VR process for Revenue Operations (credit, collections, claims management, etc.) with minimal guidance.
• Perform AR and claims month-end reconciliation.
• Measure and report on key AR/VR metrics.
• Understand and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, etc.) to unblock tasks and ensure smooth claims processing.
• Support process improvements and automation in claims processing and deduction management.
• Monitor dashboards, SLA metrics, and Quality Assurance results.
• Participate in DTP Process Improvement initiatives.
