Location & Schedule - New York, New York 10010 (Hybrid)
The HR PMO Manager will lead and oversee strategic HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution. As a newly created role with client, this position serves as the central hub for HR project governance, standardization, and delivery.

Duration: 5 months Contract (Possibility of extension and conversation)
Location & Schedule - New York, New York 10010 (Hybrid)
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)
- In-Office Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Remote Days: Monday, Friday
- Round 1: Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams
- Round 2: In-person interview
- Candidates must have prior project management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and templates.
- Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
- Communicate project expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize HR initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
- Estimate and allocate resources effectively, including external consultants and vendors.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR project management or PMO leadership.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
