Title:Field Service Technician I
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84065
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Shift Hrs: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed. Oncall yes

• Conversion rate? $20.00
• Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary IT field technician tasks: Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients. The level of support will vary depending on the customer, but do expect printer, PCs, server, network, and other technological devices.
• What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills,) and familiar with the ticketing system.
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated for covering SLC Metropolitan and surrounding areas.
• What will the work schedule be for this position? Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
• Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
• Will there be shift differentials? No, there are no shift differentials. However, if you work late, you may adjust your start time the following day.
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? preferred 2-5 but we will train
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary.
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? SLC Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas. The worker will start from home and drive to client’s site
