Position Title: Pharmacy Technician
Work Location: Onsite (11800 Weston Parkway Cary NC 27513)
Assignment Duration: 5 months
Work Schedule: M-F 10-7 OR 11-8 EST
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary:
Responsible for answering patient inquiry calls and correspondence professionally and courteously as well as researching/resolving any issues or concerns patients may have with their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

May also be responsible for contacting insurance carriers, patients, and other facilities as needed to get maximum payment on accounts and identify issues or changes to achieve client profitability.

Quality Assurance Standards and HIPAA rules must be always adhered to.

Good listening skills and patience are necessary.

This job requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complex phone calls about patient accounts and insurance inquiries.
