Job Description:
- Seeking a Senior Content Operations Editor to support the transformation of our employment content portfolio, enabling the delivery of seamless, AI-augmented employee experiences.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative editor to help collaborate with stakeholders, strategize and execute content migration from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Leveraging your expertise, you will play a key role in transforming unstructured, long-form content into metadata-rich, reusable fragments, aligning with new content needs, channels, and audiences, including artificial intelligence applications.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Content structure transformation: Responsible for transforming segments of the content portfolio from single-use to a reusable “headless” content structure, chunking unstructured long-form content into structured components, and migration from multiple sources.
- Metadata framework reuse: Adhering to and promoting the use of our content taxonomy, enabling discovery and reusability by ensuring all content is tagged and described appropriately.
- Content reuse: Identify opportunities to reuse content and reduce manual effort required to maintain duplicate information in multiple places.
- Global content updates: Responding to customer requests to create and update content in our content management system in line with process and policy changes within defined contact SLAs and delivery timelines.
- Content editing and proofreading: Reviewing and editing written content, such as articles, policies, assets, or content fragments for grammar and spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Quality control: Auditing and monitoring existing content and analyzing data to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all content.

Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:
- 2+ years of professional content management experience in a system like Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or WordPress
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience working with reusable or “headless content”
- Advanced English language skills with full proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation (minimum C1)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Technical Writing or a related field
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Content ops experience managing content for AI applications
- Real-world experience with information architecture and content models
- High attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines
- Demonstrated success learning and explaining business processes
- Proven knowledge of SEO principles
- Good judgment and open, pro-active communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment
- Work experience in a global and cross-functional team environment
- Experience with content metrics and analysis
- Experience with or exposure to business processes
- Experience in a multi-language publishing environment managing content for an international audience
Must Have Skills:
- 2+ years of professional content management experience in a system like Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or WordPress
- Experience working with reusable or “headless content”
- Experience working with Content Management System is highly ideal
