Seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead coordination and delivery for a global Procurement Cost Optimization Program focused on cost efficiency, supplier performance, and working capital outcomes.

Position Summary:
Seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead coordination and delivery for a global Procurement Cost Optimization Program focused on cost efficiency, supplier performance, and working capital outcomes.
Qualification & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional programs within Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Previous experience within Pharma/Biotech or a relevant, highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving global cost reduction, productivity, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, category management, and supplier engagement frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with program management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of a global cost optimization initiative across multiple categories and regions.
- Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are tracked and communicated effectively.
- Partner with Procurement and Finance teams to validate and report savings, cost baselines, and performance metrics.
- Support cross-functional alignment between category, finance, and operational stakeholders to ensure consistent progress and governance.
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentation materials summarizing program status, key risks, and outcomes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within Procurement to enhance long-term efficiency and value delivery.
- Facilitate structured supplier engagement activities and track outcomes related to cost, payment terms, and productivity.
