Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst – Configuration Management to support the seamless, rapid, and global implementation of product data, including components, BOMs, and documentation, aligning with business strategies and supply chain requirements. The role focuses on managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, ensuring timely part setup, BOM releases, and change management for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining operations.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst – Configuration Management to support the seamless, rapid, and global implementation of product data, including components, BOMs, and documentation, aligning with business strategies and supply chain requirements. The role focuses on managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, ensuring timely part setup, BOM releases, and change management for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product Bills of Materials (BOMs) and process Change Orders (ECOs) within the PLM system.
- Support NPI and sustaining engineering by ensuring timely and accurate product data setup and releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop functional designs and configurations.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives focused on systems efficiency, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams for product configuration management.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics and deliverables to ensure targets are met on time.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of PLM systems (Product Lifecycle Management).
- Mid-level knowledge of Supply Chain processes and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience with BOMs (Bills of Materials) and related product structures.
- Exposure to Agile Methodology and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Data Center equipment or infrastructure.
- Prior experience working with or supporting Amazon is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Preferred: Engineering, Automotive, or Manufacturing discipline).
