Role Overview
This role provides the coordination and development of plans and integration activities to support the successful implementation of key solutions, while limiting disruption and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of client’s core business.
This role will require proactive collaboration and engagement with many stakeholders including, but not limited to, Ohio, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, North Carolina, Wexpro, and other functional areas as required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst will help prepare for the transition to new enterprise tools and functionality, in parallel with GDS integration and cross-functional activities. This role will work collaboratively with USUI team members and key stakeholders within GDS to support the successful implementation of key solutions, while limiting disruption and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our core business.

- Travel expected as needed (~1–2 days/month).
- Hybrid model: working onsite Mon/Tues/Thurs; working remotely Wed/Fri.

Business Analyst will help prepare for the transition to new enterprise tools and functionality, in parallel with GDS integration and cross-functional activities. This role will work collaboratively with USUI team members and key stakeholders within GDS to support the successful implementation of key solutions, while limiting disruption and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our core business.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Plans logistics and supports Organizational Change Management for 3,800+ users across the U.S.
- Proficient in analyzing large data sets and cross-referencing data across multiple data sources.
- Monitors the communication plans and issues communications to impacted stakeholders.
- Schedules training and supports Workday setup and administration for all impacted stakeholders.
- Tracks business resource engagement, working directly with the business readiness team to coordinate and manage scheduling conflicts as required.
- Establishes staff training requirements and attendance directly with the business areas; tracks and manages completion.
- Develops, runs, and supports progress reporting of resources and training status.
- Leads the planning and arrangements for all logistics (training rooms, technology needs).
- Supports planning and coordination of resources (Trainers, Super Users, Change Champs, Project team, End Users, etc.).
- Communicates registration, working directly with directors and people leaders to manage attendance and resources.
- Collaborates with USUI team members, providing additional support and managing requirements.
- Supports logistical requirements for other areas of the USUI Program as assigned (e.g., logistics).
- Operates in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders spanning across many client Gas functions and Enterprise initiatives.
- This role will play a key role in supporting client Gas to meet enterprise objectives while ensuring the continued delivery of safe, reliable, and cost-effective energy to our customers.

- Related education and 2 years of experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and demonstrated experience and results.
- Demonstrated experience and strong results managing work in a complex environment with aggressive timelines.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Exemplary organizational skills.
- Excellent Microsoft & Internet office skills required (SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint).
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements, etc.).
- Ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Self-starter; demonstrates initiative.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Management of confidential and sensitive information, with utmost integrity, trust, and privacy.
