Job Description

Title: Senior Customer Service Representative
Duration: 3 Months

Location: Remote (must visit office to pick up equipment)
Schedule: Primarily 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to start at 9:00 AM as needed
 
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and capable of handling routine and moderately complex customer inquiries with minimal supervision.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses in both French and English.
  • Conduct research to resolve more complex or unusual customer questions.
  • Document and monitor call center interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work independently while escalating issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, with the ability to occasionally start at 9:00 AM.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center support.
  • Ability to work independently under moderate supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills.
  • Comfortable with remote work and capable of picking up required equipment from the office.
