Position Title: Pollinator
Work Location: Corcoran, CA
Assignment Duration: 3+ Months
Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand harvesting.
• Seed Processing.
• Able to complete repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
• Be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work more than 8 hours a day.
• Willingness to work 7 days a week during peak work times.
• Have schedule availability (Must be able to work from early morning until the evening).
• Ability to work around dust for long periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Work well with team members.
• Ability to walk/stand/crouch for several hours at a time.
• Need to be able and willing to walk on uneven ground.
• Workers are expected to be on time when scheduled.
• Must have a reliable means to work.
• Employees will be asked to make/receive personal phone calls during their breaks unless it’s an emergency.
• Workers are expected to meet minimum performance standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be detail orientated.
• Have a basic understanding of written and spoken English preferred.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Display a competency to perform accurate work in a repetitive motion environment.
