Job Title: Field Tech Support
Hours: M-F 8-5pm
Location: Dallas, TX, candidate will likely work out of Richardson as well. Onsite
Duration: 4 Months, yes, there is the potential to convert
- Resource's typical working day:Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Building and supporting client hardware and software
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
- 3 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
- Level of Education:
- H.S Diploma
- Systems/Software proficiencies:
- MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
