Job Title: Field Tech Support
Hours: M-F 8-5pm
Location: Dallas, TX, candidate will likely work out of Richardson as well. Onsite

Duration: 4 Months, yes, there is the potential to convert
  • Resource's typical working day:Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
  • Building and supporting client hardware and software
  • Responding to tickets
  • Maintaining office technology
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
  • Backend office MS Office Support
  • MS Intune
  • Active Directory
  • Remote management
  • Incident Request Management
Years of Experience needed:
  • 3 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
  • Level of Education:
  • H.S Diploma
  • Systems/Software proficiencies:
  • MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Certifications/Licenses:
n/a

Top Must have Skills:
  • Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
  • Backend office MS Office Support
