Job Description
Job Title- Field Service Technician II
Location - Fort Myers, FL, 33905
Duration - 3 months (Temp to hire)
Shift -M/F 9-6 with some OT. Must be able to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings and/or weekends • Will there be OC (on call)? Yes, after 60 days or so tech will be added to the on call rotation 7x24. We do work on Saturday when on call but have a day off during the week.
Description:
Candidates should be pre-screened to confirm that they fit the below requirements listed.
• Strong hardware break-fix experience.
• Large Format printer experience.
• LaserJet break fix experience.
• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Technician will travel to each client’s location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision
• Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)
• Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
• Can work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs.
Basic Needs/Haves
• Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position
• Smartphone with tethering/hot spot capabilities (Reimbursed within Corporate Guidelines)
• Laptop
• Basic Hand Tools
• Possess a valid driver’s license Preferred
NOT REQUIRED:
• CompTIA A+ • OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
• OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
• Server experience would be a bonus

What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Break-fix IT support for multiple clients, multiple locations •
What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Large Format Printer break-fix experience. LaserJet Printer break-fix experience (see additional details in Job Description) •
How many overall years of experience should this person have? At least 3 years •
Do they need any specific certifications or education? Large Format Printer break-fix experience. LaserJet Printer break-fix experience •
If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $20-23 an hour •
How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? depends on workloads •
What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 75 miles •
Position is offered by a no fee agency.
