Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to join our Outside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business within your assigned geography and contributing to Client’s overall growth strategy.
You will travel extensively to emerging markets, managing a transactional deal cycle to build partnerships with local and regional restaurants. Working closely with a Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage sales tools such as sales sheets, gift cards, and business cards to successfully expand Client’s footprint.
This is a field sales role with most transactions completed face-to-face. Travel within two hours of the hiring city is common, though longer travel (overnights and flights) may be required. All travel expenses will be company-covered and monitored for compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to untapped, rural, and emerging markets to grow Client’s presence.
- Sell and demonstrate the value of partnering with Client to restaurant owners.
- Negotiate revenue share agreements with local and regional restaurants.
- Manage a fast-paced, transactional deal cycle, closing new business within days.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and leverage available sales tools to support success.
Qualifications:
- 2.5+ years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
- Willingness and ability to travel (at least 50% of the time, including overnight stays).
- Strong ability to execute both inside and outside sales tactics to achieve goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to build strategies and scalable playbooks.
