Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: 200 vesey st, NYC, NY
Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: Hybrid 3 days/week (candidate's choice) Preferred, Fully remote is also available, must be available to work EST hours
Duration: Assignment will be re-evaluated month by month up to 3 months
 
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm EST

Resource's typical working day:

• Managing the data flow from buildings into online platforms and analyzing the data
• Analyzing invoices
• Regulatory invoices

 
Years of Experience needed: 2-3
Level of Education: Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Systems/Software proficiencies: Excel, air table, Tableau
 
Certifications/Licenses: n/a
 
Top Must have Skills:

• Utility Invoice experience
• Data management
• Data organization

 
Top Nice to have Skills:

• Tableau
• Understand building engineering data
