Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months (Potential of extension)
Location: Remote (EST preferred)


Job Description
  • Managing marketing activities for a product along with driving strategic customer engagement—such as organizing advisory boards and other initiatives that involve direct interaction with customers.
  • Should have an understanding of Marketing Communications, with the focus being on execution tasks rather than strategy.
  • Assist in executing contracts and coordinating customer-related activities such as travel and speaking engagements.
  • Provide hands-on support to the team with execution-focused responsibilities.
  • Manage confidentiality agreements and customer references in partnership with the sales team.
  • Support compliance by documenting customer interactions in the “Interaction Top” portal.
Skills
  • Basic Excel
  • Work 365
  • Powerpoint
  • Preferred: Salesforce CRM experience, but proficiency with any CRM system is acceptable. This role will involve working within the platform to support the reference account program.
  • Prior experience coordinating advisory boards, customer events, or conferences is highly valued.
  • Experience managing speaker programs in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a strong plus.
Education
  • Marketing Degree ideal or business
