Position Title: Data Verification Associate
Work Location: Remote

Position Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Verifier to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across our systems.
Background & Context:
- This position is for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in maintaining high-quality data that supports business decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Biology or Chemistry is strongly preferred.
- Experience within pharma/Biotech companies.
- 1–3 years of experience in data verification, data management, or quality assurance within biotech, pharma, or related industries.
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to identify data discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- Familiarity with data governance standards, compliance requirements, and documentation practices would prefer.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spotfire, and other data handling tools (ex., Spotfire).
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Validation & Verification: Review, compare, and validate data entries across multiple systems and sources. Identify discrepancies, errors, or anomalies in datasets. Ensure compliance with established data standards, policies, and quality frameworks.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of data input processes to maintain high accuracy levels. Work closely with data entry and data management teams to resolve inconsistencies. Escalate systemic issues and recommend process improvements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of verification activities and error correction outcomes. Provide feedback and training recommendations to improve data handling practices.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on data governance. Support internal stakeholders by providing verified datasets for business use.
