Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes, particularly in Supply Chain and Finance
- Demonstrated expertise in process mapping methodologies and tools (e.g. BPMN 2.0)
- Experience with ERP implementation and business transformation projects in the life sciences or biopharma industry
- Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Skilled at synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies
Ideal candidate:
- Process Mapping Specialist to support a strategic enterprise transformation project (SAP S/4HANA) under the company’s Results Delivery Office. This individual will lead and facilitate workshops to document and map current-state business processes; particularly physical and financial flows (PFF) across global supply chain, finance, and operations.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4–5 years of hands-on process mapping experience, demonstrate strong facilitation skills, and be comfortable working independently with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Miro is essential, along with the ability to convert technical mapping into executive-ready visuals.
- Experience with SAP, global business operations, or previous exposure to complex ERP projects is highly preferred.
What You Will Do - In this role, you will be responsible for and executing the process mapping needs across the company’s SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- You will act as a key integration point between business/project stakeholders and technology teams, driving process discovery, harmonization, documentation, and readiness for S/4HANA deployment.
- You will be accountable for end-to-end process mapping, collaborating with functional leads and subject matter experts across Finance, Supply Chain (including but not limited to planning, warehouse, distribution, logistics, order-to-cash), Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Your goal is to deliver a comprehensive, validated inventory of current ('as-is') processes and future ('to-be') states aligned with SAP best practices and the company’s digital transformation goals.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of process mapping experience of Business Process, IT Systems, or Digital Transformation OR
- Master’s degree and 3 years of process mapping experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan and facilitate the execution of process mapping workshops and documentation across global business units.
- Develop and maintain process maps and flows in tools such as Miro, Visio, and Excel.
- Collaborate with the Global Process Owners and IT architects to define system design inputs and ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Create standardized templates and repositories for process documentation.
- Support change impact assessments, gap analysis, and training documentation as part of the transformation readiness plan.
- Establish governance mechanisms to ensure version control and quality assurance across process mapping outputs.
- Contribute to defining the future state operating model and enterprise design strategy.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation team to capture system requirements and user stories.
- Track progress, risks, and issues related to process harmonization and escalate to leadership as needed.

- Doctorate degree OR
- Masters degree and 2 years of experience OR
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience OR
- Associates degree and 8 years of experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
