Duration of project: 12 months
Location: 100% Remote
Must Have:
Strong Healthcare PM Needed 5-7 years of experience with EMR, Interface & with technology.
PMP is preferred with strong communications skills.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects in information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in healthcare technology, EMR systems, and interface management. The ideal candidate is a trusted professional with a track record of long-term client relationships and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate IT project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Review project plans and schedules to coordinate project activity and resource allocation.
Manage system backups, security protocols, and user support systems.
Operate and manage smaller budget projects with efficiency and accountability.
Consult with users, management, vendors, and technical teams to assess computing needs and system requirements.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and resolve issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to users for computer-related problems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
5–7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry.
Proven experience with EMR systems and healthcare technology interfaces.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, Java, SQL).
Understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or PMI certification strongly preferred.
Experience working directly with healthcare providers or systems (not vendor-only EMR implementation).
Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, with a history of building trusted client relationships.
