Job Description

Job Title: Provider Relations Associate Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Assignment 
Location: Location: Plano, TX  75093
Schedule Notes: Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM-6 PM | Training will be on the same schedule, 6-8 weeks

Note:
  • These positions will be on-site at the office in Plano, TX (1640 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX, 75093)?
  • Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of the office location.
  • Candidates who live outside this radius should not be submitted at this time.
  • No absences/time off will be approved during the training period, and any candidates who have pre-planned time off during January/Feb (or during the 6-8 week training period) should not be submitted. 
Responsibilities:
  • Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity.
  • Supports and maintains positive relationships with health care professionals within the network.
  • Provides high-quality service to health care professionals.
  • Assist with education, contract questions, and non-routine claim issues.
  • Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement, and provider utilization patterns.
  • Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues.
  • Assists with the preparation or modification of provider contracts.
  • Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in the specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
  • Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
  • Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Provider Relations.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Ability to convey complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as the ability to understand and interpret complex information from others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport, and working well with others.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work in a goal orientated environment.
  • Ability to meet high standards for attendance.
  • Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems.
  • Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center experience, 2 years is ideal.
  • Microsoft Suite skills.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
  • Self-starter, not afraid to ask questions when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Phone etiquette.
Top 3 Non-Negotiable Skills:
  • Computer Proficiency.
  • Prior Call Center Experience.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and be a direct contributor.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent,
