Job Title: Provider Data Representative
Duration: 5+ Months Assignment
Location: Plano, TX 75093
Schedule Notes: Monday-Friday: 8 AM-4:30 PM | Training will be on the same schedule, 2-3 weeks

Duration: 5+ Months Assignment
Location: Plano, TX 75093
Schedule Notes: Monday-Friday: 8 AM-4:30 PM | Training will be on the same schedule, 2-3 weeks
Note:
- Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of the office location.
- Candidates who live outside this radius should not be submitted at this time.
- No absences/time off will be approved during the training period, and any candidates who have pre-planned time off during January/February (or during the first 90 days) should not be submitted.
- During first 90 days, 2nd absence is grounds for termination.
- Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Provider Data.
- Maintains current provider data for the largest, most complex account structures.
- Maintains provider data to ensure the quality of the network.
- Coordinates provider enrollment, and assists with the coordination of meetings with providers for training, contracting, and reporting.
- May be responsible for reporting and tracking provider calls and complaints.
- Updates directories for all contracted organizations.
- Issues tend to be routine.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Provider Data and business/operating processes and procedures.
- Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport, and working well with others.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to meet high standards for attendance.
- Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center experience, 2 years is ideal.
- Prior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment.
- Basic healthcare terminology.
- Microsoft Suite skills.
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
- Self-starter, not afraid to ask questions when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outbound phone etiquette.
- Cold calling is required for this position.
- Computer Proficiency.
- Courageous - to do cold calls.
- Ability to work within a team environment and be a direct contributor.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
