Job Description

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative - II
Work Location: Kansas City, MO 64114
Assignment Duration: 3+ Months (through end of year, could end sooner if work is completed)


Position Summary: Grow the customer base through the addition of qualified partners that will cover national accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Role: will be contacting current clinics to sell a new package that would move them from paper-based to electronic (would allow the clinic to be paid faster and have access to their network).
  • Makes outbound and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to sell products and services.
  • Handles inbound calls to convert calls into sales.
  • Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Coordinates customer account set-up information and works with the implementation team prior to and after product installation.
  • Works with appropriate personnel in the preparation for go-live, implementation dates, and product requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of and skills to sell all applicable eScreen products.
  • Enters data into Salesforce and maintains Smartsheet.
  • Works to exceed established goals with respect to new contracts, installations, product sales, and any additional objectives set forth.
  • Completes administrative duties as necessary.
 
Qualification & Experience:
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a four-year college or university (preferred); or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Experience in the drug or occupational health field would be a plus, but is not required
  • Some prior sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, Salesforce, and computer software.
