Key Accountabilities
Sr Project Manager IT
- Lead delivery of large complex software application initiatives in the Corporate Products portfolio.
- Manage project or program risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and report status on a recurring basis to project steering committee.
- Create and maintain project budget plans and track actual spend and forecast spend throughout the project lifecycle, highlighting variances and taking actions to mitigate.
- Track project change control throughout the project lifecycle and identify impacts to the schedule, cost, or scope baseline.
- Partner with business partner, implementation partner project manager, and leadership to ensure scope, quality, and schedule objectives are being met.
- Prepare status reports and present updates to the Technology Services monthly portfolio review meetings.
Scrum Master
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams delivering features in the Global Sales and corporate intranet domains, comprised of a Product Owner, Technical Lead, Developers, and QA Analysts.
- Partner with the Product Owner to continuously refine and prioritize the backlog.?
- Contribute to the organization quarterly PI Planning sessions for assigned Initiatives.
- Drive the team to commit to completing all user stories defined within it in the identified number of sprints, including mitigation actions that can be performed by the team to get back on track when needed.?
- Clear roadblocks, lead impediment removals, and protect team from outside work/influences.?
- Track and report on team performance metrics to the Agile COE on a monthly basis.

Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge
Required
- Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle delivery of large, complex software initiatives with cross-functional technology workstreams.
- 5+ years of progressive work-related project management experience with proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position.
- 1+ years of leading teams in an Agile framework as a Scrum Master.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project/program and portfolio management methodology, and project constraints.
- Project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation and ability to translate strategic business requirements into technical specifications and specific system functionality.
- Demonstrated analytical, budgeting, performance tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and communication skills. Ability to focuses on quantifiable outcomes.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for providing and presenting information to clients, vendors, management, and staff.
Desirable
- Experience in implementing SaaS/cloud-based applications.
- Experience in implementing large human resources or financial software applications.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Experience using Clarity PPM, Rally, JIRA.
- Experience using Project Scheduling Tools.
