Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Central Time Zone preferred)
Duration: 6 months
 

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams to document the design and support processes for client. This role is critical in creating a comprehensive playbook that enables seamless knowledge transfer to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for long-term support.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with architects to document technical designs, workflows, and support processes.
• Create clear, concise, and structured documentation to support production operations.
• Develop logical flow diagrams using tools like SmartDraw or Lucidchart.
• Organize and maintain documentation in accordance with internal standards.
• Ensure documentation is accessible, accurate, and up to date for handoff to external support teams.
   

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in technical writing or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience with SmartDraw or Lucidchart for diagramming.
• Familiarity with Adobe, JavaScript, Oracle, and general software documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
   

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
   

Interview Process:
1 round (panel), with submission of a writing sample required at time of submittal
