Location: 33 Dundas St W (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)Role Mandate
The candidate will join a team within Commercial Bank Delivery, supporting three Portfolio Leads across their respective Digital portfolios.Key Responsibilities

• Perform general project administration tasks
• Manage and track project financials
• Support the investigation, analysis, and documentation of portfolio risks
• Develop presentations and liaise with program/project managers for input, including:
  • Creating presentations and Forum decks
  • Taking meeting minutes
• Submit and track portfolio change and exemption requests, including associated approvals
• Develop and participate in the implementation of improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for resources, ensuring seamless transitions, including:
  • Provisioning/deactivation of system and tool access
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal abilities
• Analytical thinking with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across varying levels of seniority

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience in a financial institution
